Barn name: Skye
Skye never missed a beat after being transported to WA from Golden Plains Mini Nubians in Montana. She fit right in with my homegrown girls. She's dam raised but just as friendly and affectionate as my bottle raised kids. She's never been sick. Not even a sniffle. She's a very "easy keeper". Skye is an F6 Purebred with moon spots. She has a cheeky, fun loving, affectionate personality. Skye's sire, Cedar Creek OB Cruz Got It GoinOn *B, won Grand Champion Mini Nubian Junior Buck and Best Junior Buck In Show in the MDGA Summer '21 Virtual Show. Skye's dam, Golden Plains IB Moonlight Sonata *P, has a well attached udder with plumb teats. Skye's pedigree is full of milk stars and quite a few finished champions.
Skye's first freshening udder is a thing of beauty and her udder texture is like velvet. She also has wide open orifices which are very easy to milk. She is on 305-day milk test for 2025 and should earn her milk star.
Things I love about Skye: Her hardiness, udder texture, and her sweet, spunky personality.
