House on the Hill's Flash

We feel blessed to have had Flash as our senior buck. He's very friendly and easy to handle. Flash "should" be a *B buck. His dam has her *P. His sire's dam's owner had her 1-day tested this year (see results below), but it was through 4-H and ADGA, at a county fair, so it does not count towards a star with MDGA. However, to me, he is a *B buck. His granddam, Cornerstone Farm Diamond, was 157 days fresh when tested. Her score would be 82. She would only need a score of 70 to earn her *P production star through MDGA. She milks like a cow and holds a LONG lactation. Diamond's owner is milking her through this year (2022/23). As of 11-17-22 (at 8 months fresh) she is still giving a full half gallon of milk, milked once per day. Check out his dam's maternal pedigree (below). That is what sold us on him. I'm a huge fan of Urban Acres genetics. All of that and he has moon spots! He also has very nice breed character for an F2. NOTE: His littermate sister has won Grand Champion and Best In Show (scroll down for details). Flash pretty much singlehandedly sired our 2023 kid crop. He threw LOTS of color and flash, living up to his name. I have retained quite a few of his daughters and will eventually have them on milk test so Flash can earn his +B.

Lines: Echo Hills & Hidden Creek on top and Urban Acres on bottom.

Things I love about Flash: His level topline and length of body. He has a very sweet, easy-going personality, even in rut.
